Crews were dispatched at the request of 4261 who witnessed a male in the Lehigh River who then went under. Rescue personnel arrived on scene to find the male in the river south of the Cementon bridge. The person refused to acknowledge rescuers and continued to swim and stumble around the edge of the river. Two personnel from Fire 42 entered the river and the male exited the river and ran through the woods.
