A tractor trailer rolled over onto a passenger vehicle at the intersection of Rt. 100 and Kernsville Rd. in Lowhill Twp.. Two were trapped in the car. Crews from 8, 22, 25, 26, 30, 62, 71 and Kutztown EMS 590 responded along with Lehigh Valley MedEvac.
